Job DescriptionPhysical Therapist Wanted:

Growing, fast-paced, out patient physical therapy clinic in San Juan Capistrano is looking to fill a full-time physical therapy position. Either experienced or newly graduated, the company is seeking candidates that are caring, hard-working, motivated, have great communication skills, organized, have good manual skills, computer literate and team-oriented.

Expectations: The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services which include; providing direct patient care to assess the patient's medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.

The Physical Therapist / PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. The Physical Therapist / PT must set realistic and achievable goals for their patients, document and record the patient's condition and educate patients and families.

Requirements include:

* Must have graduated from an accredited school.

* Have a current state license

* Current CPR certification.

Compensation will be determined based on experience.
