    Responsible for helping improve client relationships by working collaboratively to assess their business needs and offering creative solutions through Fidelity s Workplace Investing Multi-Product Service offerings The ideal candidate is passionate about helping our clients and their employees fulfill all their financial wellness and retirement needs.

    The Role

    The Workplace Benefits Consultant (WBC) will be responsible for helping to identify and develop multi-product sales opportunities within our existing 401(k) client base in collaboration with our WI Relationship Management teams. The DWS will work collaboratively with 401(k) segment level Managing Directors (MDs) to identify potential lead generation and business development opportunities in the Health Savings Accounts, Student Debt, Workplace Giving, Managed Accounts, H&W and Defined Benefits product areas.

    • Series 7 & 63 licenses need to be acquired upon accepting the role
    • Previous retirement, relationship management and/or sales experience a plus

    • An in-depth knowledge of the sales process, working with internal customers to optimally support the distribution of multi-product solutions
    • Positive relationship and leadership skills in order to optimally partner with Relationship Management, Sales, Personal Investing, and Consultant Relations
    • Subject matter expertise to navigate the sales process including lead generation and pipeline management
