- Programming and running a Vision System also working with a Microvue.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and work instructions in the completion of daily activities with minimal input and supervision to ensure successful accomplishment of company objectives.
- Perform receiving inspections to verify that incoming parts and materials meet requirements and are suitable for use including part dimensional verification.
- Perform inspections of tools and templates used for production and inspection.
- Document Supplier Information Request (SIR) for material documentation.
- Record statistical data as defined by routing instructions and customer requirements.
- Complete Oracle transaction NCR product issues (dimensional).
- Address product quality and service issues through interdepartmental communication.
- Provide other departments with information and assistance to support them in accomplishing their objectives.
- Contribute to and participate in improvement activities within the department and the company.
- Perform audits of Dock to Stock suppliers to verify continuing compliance with requirements.
- Responsible to follow departmental procedures and work instructions as written.
- Any other task/activity assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the Quality department.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the Sealing Devices Quality System.
