- Provide administrative support to various departments, including finance, operations, and sales.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and provide detailed information about products and services.
- Process rental agreements and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update rental records and customer databases with precision.
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching equipment to customer sites.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all rented equipment is in optimal condition before and after rentals.
- Manage invoicing, process payments, and assist with financial record-keeping.
- Prepare regular reports on rental activity, customer feedback, and other operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
- Support the sales team in creating promotional materials and organizing marketing events.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a rental or service-oriented business.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the equipment rental industry is a plus but not required.
