Summary
The Senior Data Analytics Associate works to provide information and analytical insight to departments across the organization using Domo and other tools to leverage data coming from multiple sources.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to gather and understand business requirements, strong knowledge of SQL and ETL processes and data manipulation, a focus on accuracy, and familiarity with data visualization concepts for easy consumption by the end user.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesResearch, gather and translate business requirements from end users to design and develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboard for insights and data visualization
Leverage data from Domo and multiple sources to build and present story-telling insights
Leverage Domo workbench to:
Create self-service data resources for end users
New integrations with data from 3rd parties
Architect and develop Domo to improve query efficiency, QA changes, troubleshoot problems, and scale our reporting database
Manage larger data insight requests for accurate and timely delivery to stakeholders
Interpret the end goal behind every ask in order to ensure data accuracy
Assist in the onboarding and training of Data Analytics Associate personnel
Performs other duties as assigned
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three-five years of experience in a data analytics capacity is required.
Must possess knowledge of database architecture and have the ability to understand how to seek out and identify trends in a mass of data.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability dig through raw data and seek out and identify trends to tell a story that will drive important business decisions is required.
NACD employees are required to be fully vaccinated for the COVID-19 virus by their first day of employment.An employee is "fully vaccinated" two weeks after receiving their second dose of a two-dose vaccination series or two weeks after the first shot of a single-dose vaccine (or as described by the vaccine manufacturer).
The salary/hourly range for this position is $84,000-$90,000 plus bonus potential. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
