Loading bulk bags into discharge units as necessary removing P-K lid and installing Piab receiver into P-K blender connecting filler conveying hose to Piab receiver starting the Piab receiver and Acrison loss in weight feeder at the bulk bag station selecting program from menu of recipes' and beginning the loading process of filler material upon completion of filler material removing conveying hose from Piab receiver connecting PTFE conveying hose to Piab receiver adding required PTFE into Piab receiver to be vacuumed conveyed into the P-K Blender removing vacuum hose from Piab receiver replacing lid to the P-K Blender securing it using pins and screw clamps locking out blender changing worn Dog Ears on intensifier bar when needed securing cage door to closed position selecting correct program pressing
'Blender Start' button when process completes cycle opening gate placing empty bucket under gate valve opening top lid prodding material into bucket until one half full repeating as many times necessary until blender empty transporting material to bldg 17 for regrinding as necessary grinding unsintered edge trim Gylon material for eventual use blending function maintaining equipment used in grinding function proper working order operating powered industrial forklift truck purposes of material handling operating Hammermill regrind unsintered Gylon material keeping work area clean performing other jobs assigned by Supervisor keeping records production responsibility delivering daily records Supervisor
