Romeo. Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions. Develop a 1:1 relationship and partnership with Dr. Romeo, clinical staff members, and management.

Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, assist in surgeries, and complete documentation.
