Responsibilities

• Use Gibbs Cam for programming.
• Have knowledge of AutoCad & Solidworks
• Determine proper set-up and tools for job, set-up of tools, touch off tools and provide offsets to make good parts.
• Operate machine and make good parts within tolerances provided on blueprints.
• Inspect parts off blueprints and record all quality documentation required.
• Complete basic maintenance of machine, including maintaining fluid levels and housekeeping.
• Maintain or exceed production standards through efficient organization and planning.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
