- Accurately schedule and pre-register all patients for the region into six different computer programs for procedures and exams
- Handle administration of technical prep direction and ensure accurate placement of patients on the various schedules at all facilities to enable timely delivery of service to the patient
- Handle telephone calls in an efficient manner to meet corporate guidelines for waits and delays as well as meets abandonment ratio criteria
- Handle customer account transactions, provide customer assistance including dealing with physician concerns and ensure insurance data is collected accurately to alleviate authorization issues
- Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- One (1) year related experience
