    Description

    Responsiblities Document software defects and customer problems using CRM and MS Team Foundation Server and report defects to software developers Takes Customer calls during the day with support and participates in On-call Schedule.

    Ensure Talis products meet the established standards of quality including reliability usability and performance. Execute Test Cases and log bugs in Microsoft Team Foundation Server. Track and report against established QA metrics. Test system modifications to prepare for implementation. Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes. Support holistic testing efforts for multiple projects and software releases including integration system regression performance and user acceptance testing. Product Training for Clinical and Technical Products. System Topology Device Connectivity Integration & Interfaces Database Tasks. Technical Implementation Tasks and End User Training.
