What are we looking for?

Patient Collections Specialist to assist the Financial Specialist and report to the Chief Financial Officer. The Patient Collections Specialist Is responsible for collecting payments and setting up revolving payments. Responsible for documentation of all patient and family communications and attempts. Contacting patients and families by phone and meeting patients while they are in our care. Knowledge of substance abuse and mental health disorders required. Microsoft Excel proficiency required. Salesforce and Kipu proficiency preferred. Direct patient care experience preferred.
