    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team at Student Transportation of America. As a vital member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school.

    About the Role

    This part-time position involves driving a school bus route, picking up and dropping off student passengers at established stops. You will also conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and maintain a clean and professional appearance of the bus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive a designated school bus route safely and efficiently.
    • Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues.
    • Clean and maintain the bus to ensure a positive company image.
    • Participate in monthly safety meetings to stay informed about company policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • A valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable driving history.
    • A clean driving record within the last 24-36 months.
    • The ability and willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
    • Successful completion of a comprehensive training program.
