We are looking for multiple Property Preservation Specialist responsible for managing professional working relationships with all vendors and clients across the United States.
Your specific duties will include:
Managing vendor and client inquiries via phone, email, etc.
in a professional and timely mannerReviewing and auditing submitted work orders to ensure completionAssessing the performance of vendors for quality assurance purposesManaging the timeliness and efficiency of workflowReviewing of New Acquisition inventory to ensure timely completion and Ready to Show ConditionEnsuring WONs and Recurring services are completed in a timely manner in accordance with HUD guidelinesSpecific qualifications for the position include :
Possess a proficient understanding of property foreclosuresPossess a proficient understanding of property foreclosures, HUD contract expectationsCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
