Tech Lead/ Architect
Durham, NC
Hybrid: 2 weeks onsite per month (alternating weeks - one week onsite and one week remote then repeat)
6 months+ Contract
W2 Only

Minimum Pay rate starts from $65/hr


Candidate Profile:
Heavy Full Stack – true full stack 50/50 needs to understand both ends

Tech Lead :
seasoned full stack – end to end hands on and understands the architecture
Orchestrate architecture
Capablity of cross business unit collaboration
Work with other tech leads
Hands on
Understand how the LLM tech stack works

Tech Stack:
Angular

AWS
BootStrap
Java
Node JS
Python

Nice to Have:
AI enthusiast
Chat GPT – someone who uses and understands generative AI
Someone who has used LLM

The Expertise We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree Computer Science or other related field
15+ years of software development
Architected, designed and built enterprise scale systems
Conversant in data science concepts; able to lead development of integrated software & AI solutions.
Extensive integration with 3rd party platforms using industry standard protocols
Demonstrated technical leadership experience

Proven leadership and strong technical skills
Proven ability to build a strong, positive culture managing a team technology professionals
Proven track record designing, scale and building complex end-to-end systems
Ability to lead a small development team and resolve technical/design issues
Experience working closely with business partners and providing the appropriate system solutions to the development team
Strong Object-Oriented analysis and design skills
Full stack Engineer with strong experience in front-end technologies like AngularJs, Bootstrap etc. & middle tier technologies like Java, NodeJs, Python.
Experience with both SQL based and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of cloud computing environments, applications and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills
Experience and knowledge of both waterfall and Agile/iterative software delivery methodologies
Ability to clearly convey information to a broad array of technical and non-technical audience
Exceptional sense of customer service
Motivated, self-directed, results oriented
