    Position Summary/Objectives:

    Primary Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for originating appointments for our Commercial Loan Officers in accordance with Company assigned goals while maintaining compliance with established guidelines. Expectations include being well-versed in Oak Street's loan structure, marketing loan products, and utilizing relationship selling techniques to cultivate relationships that ultimately lead to appointments for our current Loan Officers. Essential Functions include:

    • Contacts potential clients on the advantages of setting an appointment with one of our Oak Street Representatives, with a prepared script.
    • Advises clients on impacts of funding business growth
    • Handling multiple tasks with little supervision
    • Working in conjunction with our Marketing and SalesTeams.
    • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and updating information
    • Maintains highest levels of quality service by following organization standards
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    Experience/Education/Critical Skills Required:
    • Proven experience & results in a call center environment is a plus
    • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
    • Organized with analytical skills
    • Detail and results oriented
    • Strong PC skills
    Compensation:

    Base pay plus tiered commission with an opportunity to participate in Oak Street Funding's competitive benefits package.
