    It starts with people We need a great leader who will motivate, inspire and develop an already amazing team.

    Under the direction of the Branch Manager, coaches and supports a high performing sales team to include recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, evaluating and meeting with staff regularly.

    Promotes high morale and teamwork at all times. Uses tools and technology to track, evaluate and report results to sales team and others within the organization.

    Assists the Branch Manager in providing an open, welcoming retail branch environment with high quality personal service to draw members into the branch and enhance cross-sell opportunities through demonstration and promotion of technology, products and services.

    Anticipates employees' and members' needs by actively monitoring key member contact points and applying proactive measures to ensure seamless service and a positive member experience.

    Responsible for organizing, planning, and directing controls in the operational and sales activities of the branch. Ensures the operational policies and procedures are implemented, followed and prudent judgment is being utilized. Ensures the needs of the members are being met.

    Provides back-up support to all areas of the branch as needed, including assisting with opening new accounts, loan processing (including real estate loan applications when MLO status is approved) and funding and teller transactions.

    Here is what we are looking for:5 or more years work experience in the financial services industry, including: proactive sales, lending (consumer and real estate), new accounts, member service, operations, and effective cash management.

    Proven success in coaching employees for sales, operations and member service. Two (2) years of supervisory experience is required.

    A demonstrated ability to decipher/understand the content of a consumer credit report and a fundamental understanding of the lending process including the calculation of debt-to-income ratio, loan to value ratio and underwriting.

    Pivot We need someone with the ability to shift priorities to meet the changing needs of the branch and its members, while providing prompt, professional and accurate assistance to internal and external members.

    A people person with strong human relations, listening, verbal and written communication, time management, the ability to actively cross-sell products & services, and organizational skills.

    Assistant Branch Manager II:
    We expect to pay between $65, $75,000.00* for this opportunity.
    *Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
