Responsibilities
- Conducting surveillance assignments within investigation parameters and special instructions
- Conducting PDFR's Alive and Well checks Beneficiary Field Reviews Claimant Employer Interviews and Forms assignments The investigator must also be familiar with NYS WCB forms and be able to determine whether the acquired forms are acceptable for submission to the WCB by the client.
