    What will you do? Provide underserved customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will do meaningful work and make a difference in our customers' lives

    A Day in the Life of a Store Manager:

    • Customer Service: Assist customers through the application process, prospect new business by telemarketing, and educate them about lease agreements and price options
    • Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer account activity, including current and past due accounts
    • Relationships: Network and partner with the host store to gain referrals and educate staff on the lease agreement process

    What are the minimum requirements?

    • 1 -- 3 years of retail/customer service experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Valid state driver's license and good driving record -- You WILL need a valid driver's license to run store errands
    • Great communication and customer service skills

    Job Requirements:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Individuals with a proven track record of success in retail sales management
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
    • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles
    • Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus
    • Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Consistent in-person attendance to lead and manage store operations
