    ? About This Opportunity

    Responsibilities:

    EMPLOYER: 7-Eleven, Inc.

    JOB TITLE: Sr. Digital Insight Analyst

    LOCATION: Irving, TX (hybrid role, may work from home

    DUTIES: Develop visualization dashboards in Power BI to track various key performance metrics to monitor the program health and analyze data trends to provide insights to the product team; Build engagement tracking dashboards and funnel reports in Mixpanel for the mobile app to assist the product development team in improving the UI and trace various customer pain points in the digital journey; Conduct A/B testing, pre- vs. post-analysis, target vs. control analysis, customer segmentation and profiling, and market basket analysis to gauge the impact of various offers and analyze customer fuel & merchandize purchasing behavior; Schedule automated data workflows and script execution using Alteryx designer in the server, which update the underlying tables for the Power BI dashboard refresh; Provide ad-hoc analyses and reports to assist the product management in on-going business decisions and conducting quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunities and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, cannibalization and probability modeling; Work on the creation of customer segmentation, profiling and defining customer purchase patterns using existing customer demographic/transactional data; Execute Spark SQL/Python scripts in Azure Databricks cloud environment to extract data for quick insights and ad-hoc data requests; Generate accounting reports in Excel to support the accounting team in invoicing different vendors for the fuel-merchandise offers

    Qualifications:

    REQUIREMENTS: Masters or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a business data or digital insight analyst, software development or implementation engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 2 years in SQL coding, Power BI dashboards and data visualization, data analysis and exploration, probability/statistical modeling, and using Excel. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
