    HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Maintaining Equipment and Utilizing Your PLC Knowledge - You will be engaged in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and immediate machine repairs. This role requires a strong grasp of programmable logic controllers and robotics, as well as the ability to manage documentation, electrical upgrades, and enhancements.
    • Analyzing Conditions and Providing Solutions - You will be responsible for identifying production equipment failures, conducting root cause analyses, interpreting schematics, and repairing electrical systems. Additionally, you will work with PLC programming and other computer-based applications.
    • Driving Innovation and Communication - You will play a key role in enhancing plant efficiency, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and collaborating with various teams on improvement projects.

    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

    • Experience in PLC troubleshooting
    • High School diploma or GED required
    • State of Michigan Journeyman electrician license necessary
    • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with behavior-based safety systems
    • Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50lbs occasionally

    Incentives to join our team

    • $37.19/hour PLUS shift premium and COLA
    • 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm, 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am
