Job DescriptionBellevue Family Practice is looking for a full-time medical assistant to join our dynamic, collaborative and growing team.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Provide quality care to patients
Perform routine patient screenings prior to provider seeing the patient - includes but not limited to: rooming patients, taking vitals, collecting lab specimens, assist physician with exam when necessary, maintain clinic exam rooms, initiate prior authorization requests
Prepare and administer medications as directed by physician
Perform accurate, legal and ethical documentation at all times
Employ professional telephone and interpersonal communication
Perform general office duties based on departmental needs
Perform other duties as assigned
-Adhere to standards of business conduct and compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program or one-year MA experience as required by State.
Medication Aide
BLS (Basic Life Support)
