    Power Platform/Dynamics CRM Consultant

    Qualifications:
    • 5-6 years required experience in:
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM project implementations
    • Client interface and communication in a consulting capacity
    • Business analysis and requirements gathering
    • Customer support and issue resolution
    Essential job duties:

    Maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings, technical abilities and delivery processes

    Understand customer requirements and effectively bridge communication between customers and technical staff

    Lead Dynamics CRM implementations through to completion on-time and on-budget
    • Reviews task budgets prior to beginning work, alert project manager of unforeseen scope changes
    • Perform configuration of fields, relationships, advanced finds, dashboards, business process, business rules, workflows
    • Acts as Business Analyst to develop and document business requirements as new requirements arise
    • Utilize Microsoft BI suite, MS SQL Server and SSRS reporting services to manage report design, creation and publishing
    • Perform light programming tasks such as modification of sql queries or code review
    • Provide online and onsite training for system administrators, managers and end users
    Maintain adherence to our project methodology, standard policies and procedures

    Assist with pre-sales support:
    • Work with sales rep to provide technical presentations and demonstrations in support of the sales process
    • Produce responses for SOWs and create project budgets
    • Understand and capture business and technical requirements
