    Pay Range:
    $30 - $40 per hour (depending on experience)

    Position Overview:


    As a Service Engineer/Machine Builder, you will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, assembling, and retrofitting mechanical and electrical assemblies, including robotic work cells, pneumatic hardware, and other components.

    With a primary focus on quality and efficiency, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our equipment functions flawlessly.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Respond to service calls promptly, performing maintenance, retrofits, and troubleshooting.
    Assemble components and sub-assemblies following engineering-approved drawings.
    Design, fabricate, and modify parts as required.
    Perform all machine build integration support and installation tasks.
    Set up and align the system and subassemblies.
    Assist the Lead Machine Builder in the debugging effort.

    Collaborate with the project team to deliver a complete and functional system during FAT.Participate in the tear-down and shipping of equipment.

    Travel to customer sites for installation and reintegration of systems.
    Assist the Lead Machine Builder with SAT activities.
    Set and maintain departmental goals in alignment with company objectives.
    Support and participate in the Quality Management Program.
    Adherence to ISO standards.
    Make recommendations for quality and cost improvements.
    Stay up-to-date with current product developments.


    Requirements:


    Certificate in machining/toolmaking or equivalent work history.5+ years of experience as a fine-tune machine assembler or service technician for automation assembly machines.

    Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
    Working knowledge of 24 V sensors.
    Working knowledge of pneumatics.
    Must possess effective oral and written communication skills.
