    MUST HAVE STRONG LIVER, HEART, LUNG & KIDNEY TRANSPLANT EXPERIENCE

    reflected on the skills checklist.
    DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.
    Minimum 2 years of direct LIVER/TRANSPLANT OR RN experience required.
    Must be proficient in MISONIX/CUSA.
    Must have experience implanting organs into the recipient (not just harvesting).

    ACLS

    BLS
    – Required at time of submission

    NIHSS
    – Must obtain prior to start date

    Schedule & Call Requirements


    Shift:
    0645–1715 with liver call

    On-call requirement:
    1 shift per week
    (2) 12-hour weekend shifts per month

    36 hours for 3x12s
    40 hours for 8/10s
