    Job Summary:

    Camillo Companies seeks to enhance every facet of our operations through data-driven insights and proactive strategy. In line with our commitment to excellence, we are searching for a Supply Chain Analyst who embodies a proactive, hands-on approach. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analyzing supply chain and operational data, evaluating suppliers and categories, supplier performance, and optimizing our procurement strategies through a thoughtful, data-driven approach. This role involves detailed spend analysis, project costing, mathematical modeling, and the development of cost-saving initiatives. The Supply Chain Analyst will report to the Supply Chain Business Intelligence Manager and directly contribute to our commitment to delivering the greatest value throughout our operations.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Identify and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and identify potential data sources.
    • Analyze complex supply chain data to identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
    • Evaluate supplier performance through comprehensive reviews, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and support business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Manager and other team members on larger internal projects, providing analytical support and insights.
    • Conduct detailed spend analysis for various categories, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Participate in category management, aiding in the development and implementation of strategies for efficient sourcing and procurement.
    • Perform Extract, Transform, Load, and data transformation from various operational systems.
    • Analyze and evaluate organizational data to ensure data integrity and consistency.
    • Perform mathematical modeling and predictive analysis to forecast future supply needs and potential disruptions.
    • Assist in purchasing activities, including market research, price negotiation, and cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to the company's financial goals.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic reports to present clear, actionable insights to the supply chain team and senior management.
    • Engage in continuous learning and research to stay abreast of industry trends, new market opportunities, and emerging technologies that can enhance supply chain operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support demand planning and forecasting processes to facilitate effective sales and operations planning (S&OP)
    • Support dynamic construction operations projects and various internal process improvement projects as needed.

    Education and Experience:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred. Candidates possessing a robust academic background in alternative disciplines are also welcome to apply.
    • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain, business analytics, or a related area is desirable, (Entry-level candidates with demonstrable skills, and relevant internships or academic projects may also be considered).
    • Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Business Intelligence tools) is highly beneficial.
    • Familiarity with supply chain processes, purchasing, category management, or cost analysis in a business context will be a strong advantage.
    • Experience or knowledge in the homebuilding and construction industry is not mandatory but can be a plus.
