- Worksite Location: Willmar, MN
- Compensation: $30.00-$40 per hour
- Generating reports for upper management, quarterly payroll, tax reports, worker's compensation reports, unemployment correspondence, financial statements for clients, and tax returns
- Handling pay orders through the electronic system or distributing paychecks
- Calculating wages based on hours worked and processing payments to employees
- Monitoring wage rates, compensation rates, new hire details, etc.
- Establishing payroll and accounting systems for clients
- Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and non-compliance issues
- Conducting client interviews
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in tax accounting
- CPA certification or eligibility to acquire CPA
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, interpersonal, and time management skills
