    Job PurposeReporting to the Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts, the Technical Sales Manager (Central/Upper Mid-West US) will build, maintain, and deepen strong relationships with current and new customers by partnering with them to understand their goals, develop and execute effective strategies to promote Mevotech brands and drive new business.

    They will also service, train, educate and sell Mevotech products to current and prospective accounts by promoting the Mevotech brand, product quality, competitive advantages, identifying growth opportunities, performing training classes, building relationships with decision makers, and regularly visiting customers in the specified territory (Central/Upper Mid-West US).Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesFind, sell and service large fleet and commercial accounts.

    Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitive environment, market conditions and the strategic objectives established for the region.
    Maintain and grow long term relationships with key strategic clients.
    Educate customers on all Mevotech products to help them increase their sales.
    Conduct customer and installer training classes, lunch & learns and webinars.
    Schedule and plan customer and installer visits, and establish priority, call and meeting frequency.

    Identify and target accounts for increased market penetration and implement business plans to achieve expansion (market share and margin).Always maintain the highest level of professional conduct, integrity, and credibility.

    Ideal Qualifications5+ years of sales experience working in the automotive aftermarket industry (or similar).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to build strong business partnerships both outside, and within the organization.
    Self-starter with the ability to make things happen.
    Good computer skills. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Teams, Salesforce, etc.
    Results-oriented and track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
    Proven success adapting in fast-growing and changing environments.
