    Whittingham is currently expanding its team and on the lookout for talented Sales Representatives possessing exceptional customer service skills for one of the leading supplemental benefits providers in the country, boasting over 65 years of experience. The organization is extending its reach in various territories and is actively seeking dedicated Sales Representatives who have set high aims.


    About the Role of Sales Representative:

    As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the crucial link between the company and its customers. You will also have the opportunity to follow a career path towards management within 60-90 days of starting. Our training program, which prioritizes internal promotions, is tailored to empower you to chart a successful career trajectory within the organization right from day one.

    Our Sales Representatives do not engage in cold-calling or client solicitation; instead, we have a dedicated public relations department that maintains connections with over 44,000 groups across North America and aids them in accessing supplemental benefits.

    • Accountability and willingness to be coached
    • Effective time management capabilities
    • Able to pass a background check. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills for success
    • Benefits available after 90 days
    • Weekly pay ($70,000 - $75,000 average in the first year)
    • Additional bonuses and Retirement Plan included.
