    Description
    Seeking Part-Time (~32-37hrs/week) Prep/Fry Cook, Wednesday through Sunday dinner shifts.

    Excellent candidates will demonstrate being a team player, attention to detail, follow through, and consistent effort while performing the below:

    Prep/Fry Station Responsibilities:
    • Prep the Station for open.
    • Fry proteins.
    • Assemble Po'Boy Sandwiches.
    • Plate Entrees, Soups, Salads & Desserts.
    • Assist with Kitchen Prep: Sauces, Seasonings, Chopping, etc.
    • Maintain sanitary station throughout the shift.
    • Close Station / Clean Fryer as needed.
