This position is primarily responsible for providing the highest quality client service to First National Trust Company (FNTC) clients through the administration of various types of trust and investment management relationships within the Personal Trust Group.
The incumbent seeks out additional client opportunities and serves as the primary point of contact for assigned personal, corporate, non-profit or government clients and is responsible for the overall client experience with the primary goals of client satisfaction and retention.

- Communicates on a regular basis with clients regarding administrative issues, investment policy and performance and services offered by FNTC for the purpose of retaining the client relationship.
- Administers various trust and investment accounts in accordance with governing instruments and applicable laws while complying with internal policies and procedures.
