Job summary
The position of Universal Banker involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records. The role requires delivering superior quality service to clients by understanding their financial needs and cross-trained to support sales activities.Essential duties include educating clients on digital solutions such as ATMs, online banking to make banking easier for them. Participating in team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls identifying client needs or opportunities fulfilling the need or referring the client to appropriate branch team members or specialist. Understanding Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) ensuring we seamlessly deliver Truist expertise and solutions for our clients unique needs.
