President – Private Client Personal Lines
Position Summary
The President of the Private Client Personal Lines is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, management, and performance of the firm's private client personal lines business serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Reporting directly to the Founding Partner, this role is focused on operating the agency at a high level—ensuring consistent service execution, financial performance, team effectiveness, and strong carrier and partner relationships.
The President plays a key role in maintaining trusted relationships with centers of influence (COIs) and supporting client retention and referral continuity through exceptional execution and relationship stewardship.
This is a remote role.
