    We're looking for a dynamic Creative Project Manager for Everlane. This role will oversee a portion of the assets specific to marketing, ecommerce and brand creative. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who uses both sides of the brain, is exacting, organized, and enjoys working with creatives. You would be an ideal fit if you live to organize, partner, and find efficiencies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Paid, Social, Site, among others. This role is varied and fast-paced and offers an opportunity to work hands-on with multiple groups within the company.

    This is a full-time role, with a hybrid work schedule based in our Los Angeles Creative Studio. This person will report to our Senior Project Lead.

    Your day-to-day:

  • Manage all Tier 2 level emails and site assets
  • Manage the monthly color naming + product detail page description process, feedback channels, and priorities
  • Manage Quarterly Denim Naming process
  • Manage quarterly site requests and facilitate their execution and implementation
  • Ensure the creative team hits launch deadlines by overseeing asset delivery
  • Own launch and email calendars and be able to build workback timelines
  • Support with promo creative project management as needed
  • Support with ad hoc requests
  • Support with project managing the social media calendar and team
  • Occasional marketing support (Marketing What to Know Docs, pulling monthly product priorities, adding SKUs to Airtable briefs)

    We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior project or account management experience
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written — a must
  • Are highly organized and process-oriented
  • Have an ability to work under tight and often changing deadlines
  • A positive, upbeat attitude
  • Maintain a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • The ability to work with and get the best out of creative teams

    Additional Experience:

  • Managed creative projects and priorities, from email campaigns to marketing collateral
  • A strong commitment to deadlines
  • Have owned a creative project calendar
  • Worked on strategy with key stakeholders to define creative briefs
  • Created systems for improving flow and process within teams and amongst different departments
  • Experience with Airtable a plus

    California Resident: At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The annual compensation range for this role is $67,000 - $95,000. This range is based on the Los Angeles geographic area and the actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
