    Description

    Looking for Sr. Quality Inspector's with Sheet metal experience

    Description:

    QC Inspector Level III

    Level III: Lead, Supervise, and Manage


    • Responsible for performing the quality control measurement/visual inspection functions on Sheetmetal components/products


    • Ensure all items are in accordance with specified Quality criteria


    • Prepare quality documentation such as first article inspection reports


    • Inspect incoming sheet metal material (First article Inspection)


    • Evaluate Quality results of measurement, inspection, and production activities


    • Evaluate non-conformances and proposed resolutions


    • Prepare technical including first article reports


    • Communicate issues/flaws with Supervisors, Designers, or Engineers


    • Team work with other QC inspectors, engineering, account managers, purchasing, production and other personnel and address day to day departmental activities as directed or needed


    • Min. Qualifications: proven troubleshooting and analytical skills, relevant mechanical quality assurance or inspection experience preferred

    Pay Rate: $25/hr. to $30/hr.

    Shift: Day
