JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview:

As a Supply Chain Analyst at Driven Brands, you will play a pivotal role in the oversight of purchasing and procurement operations for our distribution centers.

Leveraging your expertise in logistics, Oracle Inventory/WMS Modules, and procurement processes, you will ensure the seamless coordination of supply chain activities, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Procurement Oversight:
Manage and optimize purchasing processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Utilize Oracle ERP systems to streamline procurement workflows, track orders, and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Logistics Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics and supply chain data, focusing on purchasing trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance the efficiency of purchasing and procurement operations.
Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between procurement, warehouse, and transportation teams.

Category Management:

Work closely with vendor partners, operational staff, and company leadership to ensure successful growth of existing lines of business, and quick introduction of new lines of business.

Engage with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, monitor performance, and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships.

Oracle ERP Integration:
Utilize Oracle ERP systems to manage and analyze procurement data, generating reports and key performance indicators for strategic decision-making.
Implement best practices for Oracle ERP integration within the procurement and purchasing functions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience working with Oracle ERP systems, specifically in the context of procurement and purchasing.
Proficiency in utilizing Oracle ERP data, logistics software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance.

Compensation Range:
$60, $118,200.00


Compensation Frequency:
Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role. Driven Brands offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
