    Job DescriptionWe are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator for our apparel client.Responsibilities: Review and analyze all customer orders in the beginning of the Season before EDI application to ensure all data is correct. Process all EDI orders in SAP. Process daily dropship orders for all customers, using the DSCO and SPS Commerce platforms. Work closely with Supply Chain Department to keep abreast of incoming receivings. Work with warehouse for all special requests. Following chargebacks and making sure deductions are valid and reasonable. Supporting return process for all related orders.
    Qualifications
    • 1-2 years experience working in customer service
    • Wholesale apparel industry experience preferred
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience working with SAP and EDI is a plus

    Salary Range $50-60K
