- Ensure compliance with all safety requirements to maintain a zero safety violation record
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform various maintenance tasks on equipment used in daily manufacturing processes
- Conduct changeovers, disassemble, assemble, and clean machinery
- Follow standard procedures and guidelines for all tasks
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, manuals, and specifications for effective equipment maintenance
- Inspect, replace, weld, and fabricate parts as needed
- Maintain electronic work orders, timekeeping, and inventory systems
- Teach proper maintenance procedures to team members
- Analyze processes to maximize efficiency
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Availability for overtime and on-call service
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; preferably with certification/degree in relevant fields
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Physical fitness for various work conditions
- Strong mathematics and computer skills
- Effective troubleshooting abilities
- Strong collaboration and attendance habits
- Stand for long hours
- Perform physical tasks up to 55 lbs.
- Work in varied conditions with PPE
