Job summary
We are looking for a high-performing Estimator who takes ownership of numbers, scope and outcomes in commercial construction through excellence integrity and pursuit of greatness.The estimator is responsible for producing accurate competitive and well-documented estimates for ground-up commercial projects using industry-standard tools like bluebeam plan swift on-screen takeoff or similar technology to translate drawings into real-world execution ensuring projects start with clarity precision and financial discipline
- Prepare conceptual schematic detailed estimates
- Perform quantity takeoffs pricing review architectural civil structural MEP drawings identify scope gaps risks develop clear scopes work subcontractors internal review support value engineering pricing alternatives subcontractor vendor coordination solicit bids qualified subcontractors analyze proposals scope alignment completeness cost accuracy level bids identify gaps contract award build maintain strong trade partner relationships cost analysis accuracy validate pricing historical data benchmarks identify drivers assumptions risk items clearly document inclusions exclusions assumptions project handoff use procore document control bid management coordination standardized estimating procedures estimate handoff meetings continuity operations
