Under limited supervision, enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others.

Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

Researches and prepares confidential and sensitive documents. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
Acts as a liaison with internal and external associates for the executive.
4+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant is required.
Office environment.
Traveling up to 10% of the time.
Evening and weekend work required as needed to attend meetings, summits and other events.
