Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesLead a team that maintains and repairs manufacturing equipment. You will work under minimal supervision and support some of the world's most talented production maintenance technicians. You will use your maintenance technician expertise
to conduct preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. You will lead, direct the work of, mentor and train other maintenance technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with internal procedures
Lead project teams
Perform administrative duties
Resolve technical issues
Equipment troubleshooting
Equipment Repair
Test equipment
Identify parts for replacement
Lead team meetings
Preventative maintenance

YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or GED
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
Minimum 2 years Maintenance CNC experience
Mechanical and electrical experience on CNC machines

Expert knowledge of mechanical repair
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to grow and learn
Ability to complete work as instructed and follow up
Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds
Significant relevant repair experience
Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
Some relevant leadership experience
