We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Prospect and contact potential customers

Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Measure and inspect potential client homes

Estimate the costs associated with potential projects to properly price project for presentation to client with company software

Learn proper construction methods through in house training and learn company sales processes and methods

Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Create sales material to present to customers


Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

Previous experience in construction knowledge is a plus

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong negotiation skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

This is a fast paced environment requiring skills in client services, constant communication and client management. This is a commission based position with incredible upside potential.

You will be trained in proper methods of estimating projects in the home remodeling industry, designing projects to fit the clients needs and working with them to finalize their selections and earning their business.
