    The Opportunity: Head of Investment (Commission-Based)


    Lima Films is looking for a results-oriented, well-connected Head of Investment to take full ownership of sourcing, securing, and managing investments across our growing portfolio of film and television projects.

    This is a highly autonomous, commission-only role — ideal for a seasoned dealmaker, investment professional, or someone with a strong network of private investors, family offices, or financial institutions with a strategic interest in media and entertainment.

    You will work independently and report directly to the executive team, playing a pivotal role in scaling the impact and reach of Lima Films.

    What You'll Do

    • Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with potential investors and funding partners
    • Present investment opportunities from our development and production slate with clarity and confidence
    • Negotiate and close deals that align with Lima Films' financial and creative objectives
    • Represent the company at high-level meetings, pitch sessions, and industry events
    • Stay ahead of entertainment finance trends and investor sentiment across the global market

    What We're Looking For

    • A proven ability to raise capital or broker strategic deals — ideally in entertainment, finance, or private equity
    • Deep knowledge of investor psychology, risk appetite, and financial modeling, especially within media investments
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Self-starter mentality — disciplined, driven, and able to work independently
    • An existing network of high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, or media financiers is strongly preferred.

    Compensation


    This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. You will receive a competitive commission on any successfully closed investment deals you bring to Lima Films. There is no base salary — your income is tied directly to your performance and success.
