The RAS Sales Specialist provides technical support and expertise for all sales activities within MDI assisting in both new business acquisition and ongoing customer engagement.
This role is critical in managing the sales process overseeing installation training delivering outstanding support to retail clients.
  • Identifying potential customers assessing their requirements proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Presenting product features benefits to customers in a clear informative manner.
  • Supporting management of CRM systems sales lead pipelines delivering weekly updates tracking progress identifying opportunities supporting strategic sales initiatives.
