In this Role:
You will engage with a patient population of all ages managing a spectrum of family practice needs in an outpatient setting.
You can expect to provide manage chronic diseases, immunizations, blood pressure screening, nutritional counselling, family planning counselling, prenatal care, etc.
Working with a full support staff, ideal candidate needs to be a team player. Provider will eventually have own panel of patients. Clinic is brand new with state of the art facilities.Make the Connection:
