    Our client, the largest privately held third party claims administrator in the United States, is seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner Level III.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Texas Workers' Compensation Claims and hold a Texas Workers' Compensation Adjuster's license.

    The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of indemnity claims handling from inception to conclusion within established authority and guidelines.

    Candidates must reside in Texas to be considered.


    (Workers Compensation Claims Examiner Level III) Job Details


    The candidate will be required to effectively manage a caseload of 110 to 160 workers' compensation files, including very complex claims.

    They will initiate and conduct investigations in a timely manner, determine the compensability of claims and administer benefits, manage medical treatment and billing, and communicate with claimants, providers, and vendors regarding claim issues.

    The candidate should possess technical knowledge of statutory regulations and medical terminology, have strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    They should be able to interact with persons at all levels in the business environment and independently manage very complex claims.
