Description
Are you a skilled PMO Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity in Los Angeles, CA? Were seeking a talented individual to join our team and assist the Project Manager in various project management tasks.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to determine project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule.
Develop and/or review estimates and estimating assumptions for project schedule, effort, and cost using established models and best practices.
Define team member roles, expectations, and ensure timely feedback and training.
Review overall development and integration of requirements.
Measure and monitor progress to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Management Plan, including configuration management, risk management, project measurement, and quality management plans.
Communicate all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment to team members.
Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams and locations.
Monitor progress and adherence to contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure project team follows quality assurance processes and participate in quality management reviews.
Review and manage all changes to requirements through a defined scope change process.
Skills:
