As Clinic Director, you will:

- Growth Bonus Designed for Directors: You are incentivized to build the clinic the right way. You can earn an additional $8,000 to $12,000 annually tied specifically to hiring, retention, growth, and operational efficiency.
- Profit Sharing: When the clinic wins, you win. Historically this can range from $5,000 to $8,000+ annually depending on performance factors.
- Total Compensation Package: Approximately $120,000: For the right Clinic Director who drives growth and performance, the full compensation package is structured to reach the $115,000 to $125,000+ range.
This is not theoretical. It is built into the compensation design.
Base Salary
$88,000 to $95,000 per year based on experience and leadership background.
Total Compensation Breakdown
In addition to base salary, your package includes:
- 401(k) with 4% Match: Approximately $3,000 to $4,000 annually in employer contribution.
- CEU Reimbursement: $1,500 per year: Because strong leaders never stop improving.
- Insurance Stipend: $2,400 per year: Flexible support for your coverage needs.
- Profit Sharing Bonus: $5,000 to $8,000+ potential: Based on clinic performance factors.
- Clinic Director Performance Bonus: $8,000 to $12,000 annually:Specifically tied to growth, hiring, retention, and efficiency.
When performance aligns with potential, total compensation approaches or exceeds $120,000.
