    Description

    Position: IT Infrastructure Manager

    Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire

    Location: Hybrid in Tempe, AZ (3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote)

    Pay Rate: $50-$58 Hourly Based on Experience

    Qualifications:

    • 5-10+ years of IT Experience (Infrastructure Project Manager, Network Project Manager, etc.)
    • Experience with Network, Compute, Servers, Data Centers, Connectivity environment
    • Experience managing Projects with multiple stakeholders in MS Projects or similar tools
    • Knowledge of ITIL functions (Incident Management, Change Management, Knowledge base, Problems Management, IT Asset and License Management, Service Level Management)
    • Knowledge of Networking, Servers, Collaboration (Video, Voice Services, Polycom, Cisco)
    • Ability to manage and maintain reports on activities (e.g., ServiceNow), present observations, track initiatives, prepare metrics, and maintain IT inventory levels
    • Strong Leadership and Vendor Management skills - Collaborative approach with vendor-partners for accountability and performance
    • Requires compelling team Leadership – comfortable leading both remotely and in person

    Plusses:

    • Previous Network Engineer experience
    • Improving and Creating SLA's, following up on KPI's
    • Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)
    • IT Certifications such as ITIL v3, Cloud (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS), Linux/Windows Server, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CCNP, CCIE Wireless
    • Security Technologies including IPSec, VPN, Routers, DNS, DHCP, Virtual Machines, Active Directory Policies, Collaboration Technologies
    • Experience with SRE - Site Reliability Engineering practices and development services

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    Supporting and managing in-house IT technology equipment and assets across both automated and non-automated service center facilities. Role includes capturing and analyzing application incidents to support business flow/procedures. Acting as the main escalation manager for hardware and applications of service center facilities on site.

    • Leading the IT staff and service delivery partners providing Technology support, assuring integrity of services aligns with IT strategy and business objectives
    • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring and addressing SLA performance, issues, and driving Service Improvement
    • Leading talent planning, career development, mentoring, and coaching team members
    • Driving an optimal balance between employee experience, risk management, and financial efficiency in employee engagement
    • Defining and monitoring KPIs for Automation Services based on ITIL framework
    • Documenting procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring failure incidents
    • Liaising with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on IT Peripheral assets
    • Managing hardware and software vendors supporting Automated Service Centers
    • Overseeing MDF/IDF Telecom rooms and automation components remotely
    • Integrating Weigh scales, scan devices with IT Network components, managing material handling equipment PLC
