Basic Function: Coordination of all support groups for our MSP operations to ensure that customers are getting timely and correct resolution. Overwatch of ticketing system and ensuring that established SLA (service level agreements) are being maintained. Ability to identify critical issues and ensure the best technical resource is allocated.
