    Responsibilities:

    • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
    • Manage orders and communicate order status to customers
    • Track product shipments
    • Act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives and vendors
    • Precisely process sales requests and identify areas in need of improvement

    Qualifications/Background profile:

    • College degree or equivalent experience required
    • Minimum 2 years of customer service or inside sales support experience
    • Proficiency with MS Office
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
